The major feature of the lot was a gully with native trees and bushes. We’d found other lots with gullies, but this lot had the best one.
There was one lot on the other side of the Valley on Subida Circle that was mostly gully. It looked like someone had dropped a bomb on it. Plus, it was on the north side of the valley, which means it would get more direct sunlight and therefore would need more water for the plants.
