The coral tree on your right is from a cutting taken from a potted coral tree. The first pine tree on the left was once a small Christmas tree that sat on a teacher’s desk.
The rocks for the rock walls are all from the property. We have a lot of rocks due to our location on the slope of the extinct Conejo Volcanic Ridge. It was active 16 million years ago. Read more by clicking here about Ventura’s 2 Dud Volcanoes.
